Note: All prices are exclusive of GST. Applicable GST will be charged extra.

Important Billing Policy

  • One Session = One Computer

    Each session covers only one computer or device.

    If we fix two computers within the same hour, you’ll be billed separately for both.

  • Minimum Billing: Every session is billed for at least 1 hour, even if resolved earlier.
  • Beyond First Hour: Additional time is billed in 30-minute blocks.
  • Upfront Estimate: If we foresee extended troubleshooting, we’ll inform you before proceeding.

General Terms

  1. GST Extra – All prices are exclusive of GST, which will be applied additionally.
  2. Single Device Policy – Each session is applicable to one device only. Multiple devices will be billed separately.
  3. Data Backup – Customers are advised to back up important data before the session.
  4. Liability – While we take utmost care, The Good Men Enterprise is not responsible for any indirect data loss or corruption during troubleshooting.
  5. Session Presence – We strongly recommend staying present during the support session for transparency and security.
  6. Secure Access – Remote access is granted only for the duration of the session and will be terminated immediately after troubleshooting.
  7. No Refunds – Once a session starts, charges are non-refundable regardless of issue resolution.
