Configure Titan Mail on Outlook
Last Updated 11 months ago
Prerequisites
Before configuring your account in Outlook, ensure the following:
- Third-party email access is enabled from your Titan Webmail settings.
- Two-factor authentication (2FA) is either disabled or an app-specific password is used (if required).
Titan Mail Server Settings
Use the following configuration while adding your account manually:
Protocol | Incoming Server | Port | Encryption | Outgoing Server | Port | Encryption |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
IMAP | imap.titan.email | 993 | SSL/TLS | smtp.titan.email | 465 | SSL/TLS |
POP | pop.titan.email | 995 | SSL/TLS | smtp.titan.email | 465 | SSL/TLS |
Note: IMAP is preferred unless you have a specific reason to use POP. POP downloads emails to Outlook and removes them from the Titan server.
