Prerequisites

Before configuring your account in Outlook, ensure the following:

  1. Third-party email access is enabled from your Titan Webmail settings.
  2. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is either disabled or an app-specific password is used (if required).

Note: IMAP is preferred unless you have a specific reason to use POP. POP downloads emails to Outlook and removes them from the Titan server.

Steps to Configure Titan Mail on Outlook for Desktop (Windows/macOS)

  1. Open Microsoft Outlook and navigate to File > Add Account.
  2. Enter your full Titan email address and click Connect.
  3. When prompted, select IMAP (or POP if you prefer).
  4. Enter the incoming and outgoing server settings (as shown above).
  5. Input your Titan email password.
  6. Enable SPA (Secure Password Authentication) if prompted.
  7. Allow Outlook to test the settings.
  8. Once successful, click Done.

Steps to Configure Titan Mail on Outlook Mobile (iOS / Android)

On iOS:

  1. Install and open the Outlook app.
  2. Tap Add Account.
  3. Choose IMAP.
  4. Enter your Titan email address, password, and display name.
  5. Tap Advanced Settings.
  6. Enter the following:
    • Incoming Server: imap.titan.email — Port: 993
    • Outgoing Server: smtp.titan.email — Port: 465
  7. Tap Sign In to complete the setup.

On Android:

  1. Install and open the Outlook app.
  2. Tap Add Account, then enter your Titan email address.
  3. Choose IMAP manually.
  4. Fill in your account details.
  5. Tap Advanced Settings and enter the same server details as above.
  6. Complete the setup.

Additional Tips

  • IMAP is recommended for syncing emails across devices.
  • POP will download emails to your device and remove them from Titan’s servers.
  • If using 2FA, Outlook may fail to connect unless an app password is used.
  • Sent items may not sync automatically. Enable this manually in Outlook settings if needed.

Troubleshooting

  • Check if third-party access is enabled in Titan Webmail settings.
  • Double-check that you’ve used the correct ports and SSL settings.
  • If emails aren’t syncing, try removing and re-adding the account with IMAP.
