Purpose: Allow your Google Workspace Reseller (like The Good Men Enterprise) to manage billing and support for your organization.
Why Grant Reseller Access?
Granting reseller access allows us to:
- Renew or upgrade your Google Workspace plan
- Manage billing and license allocations
- Provide faster support with admin-level access (no user data is visible)
Step-by-Step: How to Grant Reseller Access
Step 1: Sign In
Go to https://admin.google.com
Login with your Google Workspace Super Admin account.
Step 2: Open Billing Settings
- In the left menu, click Billing
- Click on Your subscriptions
Step 3: Find Your Google Workspace Subscription
- Click on the Google Workspace plan (e.g., Business Starter / Standard / Enterprise)
Step 4: Manage Reseller Access
- On the subscription page, scroll down to Reseller Settings
- Click the “Grant Access” button (or “Edit” if access is already set)
Step 5: Confirm Access
- A pop-up will ask if you want to allow your reseller to manage your account
- Click Yes or Confirm
That’s it! Access is granted instantly.
Confirmation
Once done, your reseller (us!) will be able to manage renewals, billing, and support for your account.
