1. Respectful Behavior

  • Treat staff, technicians, and fellow customers with courtesy.
  • Use polite language during all interactions (in-person, phone, email, or WhatsApp).
  • Abusive, threatening, or offensive language or behavior will not be tolerated.

2. Timely Communication

  • Arrive at scheduled appointments on time or inform us in advance if delayed.
  • Clearly communicate the issue you're facing for faster diagnosis and resolution.

3. Payment Etiquette

  • Settle all payments in full before service delivery or product release.
  • Follow the terms mentioned on the invoice, especially for bulk or B2B orders.

4. Transparency & Honesty

  • Disclose any prior repairs, damages, or tampering done on the device.
  • Share correct contact and billing information for invoicing and service tracking.

5. Store & Property Respect

  • Do not record videos or take pictures inside the store without permission.
  • Do not interfere with other ongoing customer service interactions.

6. Abuse of Service

  • Misuse of policies, threats of negative reviews, or repeated baseless claims may result in refusal of future service.
  • The Good Men reserves the right to refuse service to any individual violating this code.
