1. Respectful Behavior
- Treat staff, technicians, and fellow customers with courtesy.
- Use polite language during all interactions (in-person, phone, email, or WhatsApp).
- Abusive, threatening, or offensive language or behavior will not be tolerated.
2. Timely Communication
- Arrive at scheduled appointments on time or inform us in advance if delayed.
- Clearly communicate the issue you're facing for faster diagnosis and resolution.
3. Payment Etiquette
- Settle all payments in full before service delivery or product release.
- Follow the terms mentioned on the invoice, especially for bulk or B2B orders.
4. Transparency & Honesty
- Disclose any prior repairs, damages, or tampering done on the device.
- Share correct contact and billing information for invoicing and service tracking.
5. Store & Property Respect
- Do not record videos or take pictures inside the store without permission.
- Do not interfere with other ongoing customer service interactions.
6. Abuse of Service
- Misuse of policies, threats of negative reviews, or repeated baseless claims may result in refusal of future service.
- The Good Men reserves the right to refuse service to any individual violating this code.
