The Good Men Enterprise offers pickup and delivery services for added customer convenience. This service is subject to availability and applicable service charges.

Service Coverage:

  • Pickup and delivery is available within Mumbai and select nearby areas.
  • Service availability may vary based on location, urgency, and item type.

Charges:

  • Standard pickup & delivery fee starts at ₹199 per trip.
  • Charges may vary depending on distance, urgency, and size/type of the product.
  • Pickup or delivery outside standard zones may incur additional charges, informed in advance.

Scheduling:

  • Pickup and delivery slots are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Preferred time slots may not always be available due to logistical constraints.

Customer Responsibilities:

  • The customer must ensure availability at the pickup/delivery address during the confirmed time slot.
  • Devices must be packed securely. The Good Men is not liable for damage due to improper packaging by the customer.
  • Any delays or rescheduling requests should be communicated at least 2 hours in advance.

Liability & Insurance:

  • While we take utmost care in transit, The Good Men Enterprise is not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft during third-party courier handling or customer-side pickup/drop handovers.
  • High-value items should be disclosed beforehand. Insurance coverage can be arranged at an extra cost on request.

Limitations:

  • Pickup and delivery may not be available on Sundays or public holidays.
  • Pickup and delivery are only for repairable products and new product delivery, not for warranty claims or product returns.
