Goods Quotation / Estimate – Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
By requesting or accepting a quotation from The Good Men Enterprise (including NeoStore or TechPlug), the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all goods-related quotations, including laptops, desktops, networking equipment, accessories, and other technology hardware.
Any form of written or verbal approval, payment, or purchase order shall be deemed as full acceptance of the terms below.
2. Quotation Validity
- All quotations are valid for 7 calendar days from the date of issue.
- Prices, models, and availability may change after expiry without prior notice.
- We reserve the right to revise or cancel a quotation at any time prior to confirmation.
3. Scope & Exclusions
- The quotation covers only the products and quantities mentioned.
- It does not include installation, configuration, setup, or training unless specifically stated.
- Cables, adapters, software licenses, and other accessories are not included unless listed.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Prices quoted are exclusive of shipping charges.
- Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to vendor logistics, stock availability, or courier delays.
- The customer must inspect goods upon receipt and report transit damage within 12 hours.
5. Payment Terms
- 100% advance payment is mandatory to process any order.
- Orders will not be placed or dispatched until full payment is received.
- Payment once made is non-refundable unless the product is unavailable.
6. Order Confirmation
- Orders are processed only after receiving confirmation via email along with full payment.
- Delays in confirmation or payment may lead to price revision or product unavailability.
7. Warranty & Support
- All goods are covered strictly as per the manufacturer’s warranty policy.
- The Good Men Enterprise does not provide after-sales support, replacement, or repair unless clearly mentioned.
- For warranty claims, customers must approach the brand’s authorized service center directly.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
- Once the order is placed, no cancellations or refunds are allowed.
- Refunds (if applicable) are provided only if the item becomes unavailable post-payment.
- Any changes post-order confirmation are subject to approval and restocking charges, if applicable.
9. Disputes & Jurisdiction
- All disputes must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- Disputes shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
