What AppleCare+ Includes
1. Extended Warranty
- Coverage for up to 2 or 3 years from the date of device purchase.
- Protects against hardware failures, defective parts, and manufacturing issues.
2. Accidental Damage Protection
- Up to two incidents every 12 months.
- Each incident carries a fixed service fee (see tables below).
3. Battery Service
- If your battery drops below 80% capacity, Apple will replace it free of charge.
4. Apple-Certified Repairs
- All repairs are done by Apple-trained technicians using genuine Apple parts.
5. 24/7 Priority Support
- Access Apple experts via phone or chat for hardware/software help.
